Using Qigong - More Human Than Human?

I have to say - this is something that I have been very excited to share with you for a long time! Let's start with a very basic introduction to qigong...

Here's an example of chi when used as a forceful energy...

To me, falun gong is my preference in cultivation of qi or universal energy. All the information as a practitioner is available for free here. Falun gong is an advanced and quick way to cultivate your qi energy. But remember this transmutation process is inhibited by a desire for the supernatural abilities that result from this practice.

I recommend for the student you take a listen to the free lectures first. Before reading through the study materials and practicing with the exercise videos.

This is the finest course I have found for the cultivation of qi, and ultimately resulting in the transformation of the human body into that of a multidimensional energy being.

Looking through the books provided by the Falun site will give you some idea of the positive side effects of being an honest practitioner.

You can find all the free study materials here:

falundafa.org

Here you can find the books in multiple formats for download:

And here's a link to the lectures and exercise videos:

I hope you find something here that inspires you, and you have the time to integrate something that can change you in a very positive way into your busy day :)

Namaste

Thank you, Skye, for this outstanding article and videos.

As a kid living in Hong Kong in the early 1960's, I can remember some of this being illegal in mainland China.

I'm glad that this information is where we can now acquire it.

Again, thanks for this enlightenment.

Thanks for this info. I've been wanting to learn Falun Gong ever since I learned it was made illegal in China. I figured if the Chinese gov't made it illegal, there had to be something very empowering about it. You are beautiful, thank you. I love the designs on your arms.
